Who Are Our Doctors?
Dr. Michael Pisacano earned his M.D. at The Chicago Medical School in 1999, where he earned the Dean’s Award. After completing his medical internship at the Yale University division of Norwalk Hospital, he completed his ophthalmology residency at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center, where he continues to be a Clinical Instructor. His research in Juvenile Diabetes has been published in the medical literature and he has presented his work at international ophthalmology conferences sponsored by the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

Dr. Anthony Pisacano earned his M.D. at Georgetown Medical School, where he graduated with honors. After a medical internship at the Columbia Division of Bellevue Hospital, he completed his ophthalmology residency at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital where he subsequently served as Chief of the Cataract Clinic. Dr. Pisacano has lectured and taught eye surgery all over the world. In 1986 Dr. Pisacano co-founded New York Eye

Surgery Center on Pelham Parkway in the Bronx, where he served as Surgeon Director until 2007 when he resigned to begin an exciting new career with his son, Dr. Michael Pisacano at Pisacano Eye Surgery and Laser Specialists. He is the co-founder and past chairman of the Friends of the Congressional Glaucoma Caucus Foundation, which has screened almost 200,000 people for glaucoma throughout the United States.Both Drs. Michael and Anthony Pisacano are certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and are Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Together, Drs.
